Evaluation

We will work with you to not only meet evaluation and performance report requirements for your federal, state, or foundation grant, but also to learn more effective ways to use the information you gather.

Curriculum Development

We work with you to develop effective instruction, teaching/learning, monitoring and performance structures and materials for meeting state and local achievement goals, objectives and outcomes.

Facilitation

Our staff will help you develop effective process and performance guidelines for meeting your objectives and identifying operation and responsibility areas.

Proposal Development

We will help you develop highly competitive grant structures for meeting the requirements, objectives and award criteria of the grant provider. We can even help you brainstorm for matching funding sources to your program needs and ideas.

Technical assistance

We can help you implement your grant or instructional program for diverse learners with special needs. Includes site visits, individual and group process assistance, and aid in planning & monitoring achievement of program objectives.

We can also provide technical assistance with meeting Office of Civil Rights compliance for SpEd/LEP and LEP and alternative instructional service programs for CLD learners.
